Waterlink are developing an approach to Multi Utility based on fully plumbing of new developments such that all cabling and services can be easily run through existing conduit..

Developers are taking advantage of this one stop shop from design, through commissioning, to adoption.

A fully managed project includes:

- Application for supply
- Network design and approval
- Liasion and co-ordination with incumbent license holder
- Mains installation and adoption
- Co-ordination of service connections
- Materials and logistics management
- Meter installation
- Record and forward meter data to suppliers

We talk the same language as other utility companies because we are one.
Let us manage utilities for you.

Connecting new buildings to the essential utility services can often be frustrating and expensive for developers.

Each utility industry has different practices and terminology and operates within a different legal framework.

Furthermore, geographical boundaries between companies are often illogical and are different for each utility. Recent developments to open the utility sector to competition, while bringing new possibilities in the way utility services are provided, have also had the effect of complicating the situation even further.

To save time and costs and simplify the process for developers and other purchasers of new connections, Waterlink provides a one-stop-shop service for the provision of new utility connections.

We have been offering gas and water installation together for over two years and some thirty sites have benefited from this service.

It is now possible to add any or all of electricity, telecoms, cable TV, foul drainage, surface drainage, highway drainage and street lighting to the portfolio.

We will work with developers to tailor our services to meet exactly what they need on any particular scheme. Our scope of works can be adjusted to suit those needs.

Whichever services are chosen, Waterlink's experienced, professional staff will use their up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing utility sector to bring the best possible solution to any given situation.

We will provide a single point of contact to eliminate the traditional disruption caused by multiple, uncoordinated operations and to deal with any day-to-day concerns.
