Waterlink assists with the Christmas rush
The
new Multi Utilities (MU) team had just seven
days to install water supplies for a Housing Developer in the South East Region and help 18 new
home owners move in before Christmas.
A major housing developer came to Waterlink looking for help on what
had been a particularly difficult development
site.
Various problems had resulted
in the late completion of some activities
leading to the potential postponement of the
moving in date for the new home owners.
A spokesman said: "Outsourcing the water
installations to Waterlink's
MU team meant 18 customers moved into new
homes a week before Christmas. We needed a
contractor that knew the ropes, hit the deadlines
and responded efficiently to our needs - Waterlink rose to the challenge."
On the strength of its performance before
Christmas Waterlink's MU team have been invited to tender for
further multi utility work.
